Any changes to the scope of work or additional services requested by the client will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before implementation. Changes to the scope of work may impact project timelines and costs.

6. Discounts and Promotions

7. Refund Policy

8. Cancellation Policy

a. Client-Requested Cancellation:

  • Clients may request the cancellation of services at any time. However, fees may apply depending on the stage of the project. Details will be communicated and agreed upon before cancellation.

b. Bat Labs LLP Cancellation:

  • Bat Labs LLP reserves the right to cancel services in exceptional circumstances. A pro-rata refund may be issued for any services not yet rendered.

All prices are quoted in INR or USD. Taxes and additional fees may be applicable based on local regulations and will be clearly communicated in invoices.

Shipping and Exchange Policy
